Job Description

A Food and Nutrition Teacher is responsible for teaching students about nutrition, food preparation, cooking, health, hygiene, and household management in accordance with the Cameroonian school curriculum. The teacher plans and delivers practical and theoretical lessons, supervises cooking and laboratory activities, assesses students’ knowledge and practical skills, and prepares them for relevant examinations. They also promote healthy eating, food safety, hygiene, creativity, and responsible household practices while maintaining a safe and well-organized learning environment.
