Job Description

An English Language and Literature Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering lessons in English language and literature, developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills, and teaching literary works, genres, themes, and literary techniques. The teacher assesses students’ work, provides feedback, prepares them for examinations, encourages critical and creative thinking, and maintains a positive and disciplined classroom environment. They also monitor student progress, provide additional support where needed, and contribute to school activities and academic development.
